And they still have millions from jewish depositors who have not claimed it because no one alive knows that it is there. Equally, there are innumerable spurious claims being made on such fortunes. It's one of my (in-insurance) housemate's specialities.

Oh I am sure that there are numerous claims. Though the vast majority of the account holders are probably dead so a family tree should be required to eliminate the majority.
