Well that will upset those pushing for higher women's wages. It will just push up their divorce rate. |

Who didn't think that was a possibility? ![]() You think it's why there's so much nagging going on, to maintain a 'balance'? ![]() |

Maybe men handle unhappiness better than women. Maybe women believe the the grass is greener attitude? |

Would it be cynical to suggest that it might be because a lot of the unhappiness in men's lives is caused by the women they are in relationships with, whereas the reverse is not equally true? I swear, I've been in relationships with women who, if there wasn't something wrong, would go out of their way to find/make something wrong.
Everyone has that to a degree. However I suspect the statistics would show that a lot of men will stay in a relationship they are not particularly happy in because men are inherently more lazy in their relationships. Whereas women are less likely to put up with a relationship they're not happy in. Of course, the UK's woefully unbalanced divorce legislation may also have something to do with that... |

I think that is a bigger factor. Some women will walk on a relationship that might have a few flaws to find something better. It depends on age and whether they think they can get pulled by another bloke. That said I have known some young women who have stuck in really [LIFTED] relationships because they were in love. Divorce is a factor when they think that they can come out of it ahead. |
