Saw this on the news last night and though [LIFTED] that’s one lucky kid..... Kid saved from Escalator Doom (I witnessed it on ITV but clip is first one I found on youtube)

The kid was very lucky. Good thinking from the man though to go in a position to possibly catch the kid.
