News CLICKY The key thing for me here is "long term performance". I don't mind bonuses (they attract the best workers) as long as they not based on risky short term profits. |

They only have to have a cash cap of £20 000 and the rest payable in long dated share options and that will mean if the share price or the bank collapses they get nothing. |
