Burglars having rights when on property illegally, needs to be removed IMO Drug laws, drugs should be legalised, regulated and taxed to push out the dealers and to generate revenue to aid those affected directly and indirectly Police powers to detain without evidence under terrorism or obscure acts (such as using section 2 on public photographers) unless genuine urge for public safety For starters..... |

Digital Economy Bill - especially since they said it was a bad law and then back tracked on it after the election. |

Definitely. I'm not sure that it is covered by this though?? I think prostitution should be completely legalised too. |

It should, means the posh Eton/Oxbridge educated politicians don't need to be shameful about using such substances if they experimented in college/uni Legalised isn't far enough, regulating it brings in standards which would have to be adhered to (such as the weights & measures act in pubs for spirits). Not quite sure how that would work for the 'escort' business. Interestingly prostitution inside a private property is legal, as long as there is only one operating in the building, any more and it's a brothel which is illegal. |

Did you see that show on the BBC recently where the WI did some research into prostitution? It was quite a good show, and pretty interesting - worth a watch for sure. It seems that in many cases the authorities turn a blind eye to brothels - they interviewed the owner of one who said the police came round to advise her on panic alarms etc fully aware of her business, and that she is registered for tax. She told HMRC she was operating a brothel, and they suggested she class herself as a massage parlour. |

Yes to both. It would stop creating a conveyor belt of crime just to pay the fines, particularly for prostitution. |

The Digital Economy bill Define the Human Rights legislation - I don't think judges know what to make of it... I don't blame them either. Burglars becoming fair game ![]() Freedom from further PFI schemes and a test challenge at least against one of the weaker existing ones. Oh, and put them on the balance sheet ![]() All Greenwash legislation My PS3 telling everyone what games I've been playing and how well I'm doing ![]() |

Prostitution and drugs should not be legalised. They should be made compulsory as part of the educations system, along with Rock 'n' Roll. |

Any Labour party laws which were designed to punish everybody because they could be bothered to catch the trouble makers. Eg Section 44. Laws to raise alcohol prices which were to cut down on drunken fights etc. If people get into fights, throw the book at them, don't make me pay extra even though I behave. Council spies having the right to look inside my bins and fine me. Fines for leaving my bin lid one inch off closed etc. |

In all seriousness, there are "health and safety" related expenses which I feel are darned right stupid. I do feel employers and the council have a "duty of care", but anyone over the age of 14 should be responsible for their own total stupidity if they fall down a bloody great hole or ignore the rules and blow themselves up. It's simple: Look what you're doing! It makes me absolutely bloody furious when some muver blames the guvermunt because she failed to supervise her little three year old "Porche Spiced Bicardi Breezer Beckem" who then sets fire to herself and half of Humberside when she drives the neighbour's car into a Bessemer converter 200 miles away. And yet, it seems to happen every day if you believe the Daily Mail. |
