Pregnancy is totally parasitic, any woman who doesn't take a decent multivitamin every day, eat properly and look after herself is mad afaiac.

Multivitamins are no good when pregnant. There's too much vitamin A & iron in them (I think they're the ones), they can cause birth defects.

You can get pregnancy multivits, my sister took them with both her boys and they were recommended by her midwife.
