Knowing how to use one and use one responsibly are very different. I cant see a problem with it. I would buy a child of mine a 4/10 shotgun for clay pigeon shooting. It does not have the kick of a 12 bore so will not break their collar bones if they do not hold it as tightly as they should. |

And? Entirely appropriate giving of licences - it's for sporting use. People need to wind their necks back in. |
