Wow. Down 17%. That's impressive considering that natural gas prices are 65% lower than July 2008... anyone wondering why they're printing money?

We also had an incredibly hard winter! We used an unbelieavable amount of oil over the winter, even accounting for us not having heating for nearly 2 weeks and us not moving in until the end of January! 7/8 of the oil we burnt this year was between February and March!

Well I'm practically on my third summer in a row! Yes, I had my foster-flatmate look after the bills in my absence, but that's not to say I've not spent my share on questionable gas bills before that.
