Exactly. If they really want to be fiscally responsible that should be their first priority.

Really Mr Cameron? Because the issue with that is (in this area anyway) the lazy-unemployed-rent-free-easy-lifers dont want to or can be arsed to make the effort to go to stuff like Sure Start and baby groups.

It might actually be because they do not have a job so look after their kids instead.
