Me & my mate got really excited when we discovered Reach was on the way, but so far everything I've seen or read (not including the above link as I'm at work) suggests it's going to be a pure MP game like Quake Wars - which we're just not interested in - it's all about Co-Op campaign for us.

My old housemate and I played through Halo (err... don't remember which one but it was the one with all the flood I think).

But we played coop on Legendary and used to play a bit more each night.

Eventually managed to complete the entire game though

We've not got that far - only playing on Heroic on and off at the moment. My mate (bless her) isn't the greatest gamer - she destroys anyone else we play with in deathmatch but she's not got the head for sticking to one role, so although she's holds her own as a sniper and/or rambo, she always mixes up our roles - which is cause for much amusement when we both find ourselves one-man armying the same set piece.

I'd be interested to see any links you might have that suggest that - every video I've seen and every review I've read has focused on the MP game element.

The Flood actually feature in all 3 of the Halo games.

I think (as they did with Halo 3) all the beta releases, etc are multiplayer tasters.

I think it must have been Halo 2 because I def remember dual wielding weapons but we didn't have a 360.
