If Steam will be the death of some people, I will be the death of STEAM.

I am trying to activate CoD MW2 and it won't [LIFTED] work. Now, I am trying to sort out a potential firewall issue (by installing the much more easily managed ZA Free, rather than using Windows Firewall) but I'm guessing that the servers are simply overloaded with people trying to activate their Christmas games.

Imagine that!!!

I got a couple in their sale the other day,every time i go to download it tells me the servers are busy

As soon as I had replaced Windows Firewall with Zone Alarm, the install process did get further than it had previously, but Steam stopped responding several times before it finally activated.

Just got Left for Dead and installed but waiting for updates to download which will leave me dead if things don’t speed up soonest.
