Just a shame you don't game on the PC as that then gives you the modding community which is immense.

Eh? I do, all my RPGs and FPS are on the PC.

That's why I listed as BF3 and CoD as being for PC. ;) :D

I couldn't imagine doing a big RPG on the PS3 TBH.

Well now, I believe that would count as a reading fail on my part!

Loved Morrowind. It was my first proper RPG and I loved it. Unfortunately, I couldn't run Oblivion on the laptop and had no inclination to play it on the PS3. Will definitely buy Skyrim but it may well be a while before I get my hands on it.

I was unfortunate in that I played Obilvion first and then tried to play Morrowind, and the lack of coherent fast travel system (I think Oblivions is pretty reasonable) just meant I got frustrated with the amount of time I spent running across vast tracts of land. When it takes nearly 20 minutes of real time just to get somewhere it does make the gameplay somewhat frustrating.

Which is why I ended up using the leaping cheat where you can jump vast distances. Think I only managed this once I'd got about 50-75% of the way through. The second time I played it, I was basically in God mode with super-duper everything.
