Just bought Lego LOTR today for XBox. Never played a Lego game before. It's very good. I've played through the first book. Lol!

Star Wars Lego is truly excellent.
I have been given a copy of RockSmith, which turns my electric guitar into a games controller. It's like Guitar Hero, but with a proper guitar, not a controller shaped like one.

I'm about 8 hours into it, and really enjoying it. It's very challenging, punishes stupidity and forces you to think and plan your moves. If anyone missed it for £15 on Steam (PC), Tesco have it on the shelf for £20 at the moment.

Played some more and am quite impressed. I especially like the multiple paths and/or methods of dealing with the enemy in getting to your objective. Usually though I start off stealthy and 'good' until it inevitably goes tits up and I pull the sword and gun out.

That sounds remarkably familiar. I've completed it, and loved it, but now I'm going to start over and try the maximum stealth/non-lethal (or at least, less lethal) approach. I also have a better appreciation of which powers to level up, and weapons to upgrade, to suit my approach.

Bought the Dawnguard expansion for Skyrim a few nights ago. Really should get round to playing it but I've just been so manic.

Same here. I put in about 4 hours last night and saved up enough runes for "stop time", "dark vision 2" and "Blink 2". One glaring oversight - why isn't there an upgrade to increase the sleep dart capacity, when there is one for regular bolts? They're extremely handy for engaging those ninja-type assassins at long range, i.e. before they start blinking and jumping all over the place.

Agree - they should have just had a capacity and then let you fill it with whatever combination you want

Well worth playing through Dishonored again - I didn't see the Granny Rags/Slackjaw mission the first time round. In fact there were a few areas I didn't see on the first play through.
I need to work on my tactics for when things go wrong, I tend towards fight rather than flight so the body count was still sufficiently high to give me the same ending. I didn't kill anywhere near as many people though - most of my mission outcomes were Low Chaos, but my overall bodycount was still too high. At least this time Samuel didn't fire a warning shot for the guards at the lighthouse.
