That was it - Alien Trilogy. It was great - very atmospheric as I recall, and had some genuine surprise moments.

More details here: http://www.computerandvideogames.com/ar ... ?id=232084Might just be a bad pic, but is it me or does the facehugger look a bit crap? Will anyone really want/use the postcard and patch? I won't be buying the special edition at those prices, that's for certain...

They all seem very expensive given Amazon.co.uk are doing the PC version for £17.99, sod the crappy Facehugger.

Alien Vs Predator PC system requirements announcedhttp://www.computerandvideogames.com/ar ... ?id=232273Makes no difference to me personally, but I'm quite surprised at how reasonable the recommended reqs are for a modern game, hope they're realistic...

Apparently ties into Steam: clicky. Awesome for people like me who like the convenience of Steam but not the prices...

Looks a bit anaemic in a Kate Moss kind of way.

If one is diving so close to the limits that +/- 1% will make a difference then the error has already been made.

It's definitely a bit spindly on it there, and you have to go out of your way with facehuggers in that regard

Downloaded it this morning to try it out... It uses the Steam party matchmaking system (i assume similar to MW2) which is quite nice. However not many people seem to have downloaded it since i've left it "Searching for games" for a few minutes now and it's not found one. I guess that's the downside of using the Party/non-Server browser system. Okay, just finished a round as an alien and it's pretty neat, the grab seems to be a bit overpowered but leaves you vulnerable during that time so i guess it's more for teamplay. IMO the deathmatch mode probably wasn't the best to use since it's as if people are unsure whether or not to kill people of the same race. I sat around with some aliens for one game and it was fine whilst others we were clawing away at each other.

Has anyone actually got playing the demo yet? On PS3 the furtherest I've got is needing one more player for an 8-player match, which of course never happens I take it the lack of dedicated servers is killing it? It's not a great experience for people considering buying it
