Not sure how many were there as the day was split into two halves - one for Digi fans, one more serious for Teletext enthusiasts. My original tickets were for the evening, but I was sent an upgrade out of the blue by Mr Biffo. So probably 300 in total, maybe more. It was certainly full - I've never seen at many people in the museum before. It was also open to the public over the day, so there were people there who were not there for the event. When we left, we sought our Mr Biffo to say thanks and well done, and I did ask if he would do it again, and he said "yes" with no hesitation. I think he was very pleased with how it went. He's been talking a bit more about next year on Twitter. He certainly seems to want to do more like this. More videos are surfacing from the day, they are on the Digi2000 site, and are a bit crazy. His next project seems to be a crowd sourced series of videos which he'll be making.

Oh, yeah. I took my Theta - a 360 spherical camera. So I got a few shots of the day. One of the day panels - with some Ceefax veterans. https://theta360.com/s/rArvvhD5PCuXBup0YFsm1slrUPanel 4 (or something - it was the Digitiser history chat): https://theta360.com/s/cBsAH6szkUW9MN9eXCkAqCAoiQuiz-Me-Do: https://theta360.com/s/hkxDn8Q51VO6V0w8JpDmM8ovQI posted these on Twitter, and Mr Biffo said he had no idea those were being taken (he wouldn’t - Thetas are pretty small and discrete). Anyway, seems he’s keen to get one for himself now.

Was ET driving the C5 a Digi creation or is it normally like that?

Last time I went, it was on the ground and I think people were sitting in it too much. It’s not a Digi thing - they moved it and inserted ET a few weeks ago.

Are we all enjoying the Digi Advent Calendar? Press Reveal to Open Flap...
Todays (#7) is particularly creepy, especially for anyone who doesn't like the dentist.

Didn't realise there was one. I normally visit digi every friday but missed it last week because of a funeral.

Apparently selling more than Cliff’s effort today. I don’t expect that will last. I fear it’s peaked too soon.

Turns out Biffo and I used to lurk around the same shops in Harrow during the 1980s - Calamity Comics, Games Workshop and the model shop next to the cinema.

I might have. He said he painted the comic shop’s front when it was in this kind of flea-market place, and it sounds like he was a regular there, so it’s possible. That would have been pre-Digitiser times. Interestingly, he told me that Watford has a decent comic shop now, so next time I’m there, I’ll be checking that out.
