No? It’s only the non-game event of the year, Gran Turismo 5. Two Tweets: and a blog: http://blog.us.playstation.com/2010/10/ ... o_5_101310The comments are kind of incandescent in places. This is the best one:

And here was me wondering if it was going to be a properly delayed game like Duke Nukem Forever

Nah, wanna know what popped into my head when I read this? Elite 3 I know it's not even been announced, but there is no other potentially forthcoming title in my mind

I'm sure the game was finished ages ago and now they're just dicking around getting 3D stuff on it.

They're probably holding off to cash in on Christmas. I would if I was them.

I suspect that many games will be brought forward for the same reasons, even if they are not ready.

I can't even finish the game title without nodding off. That used to be a good game back on the Playstation.

What he said. I'm sure I played a demo of this about two years ago. What the [LIFTED] are they up to? Makes no odds to me, I lost interest after the second one.

2nd one was the best. The amount of cars was mental. I still remember little things like winning the special CRX Del Sol and Toyota Chaser. I always missed being able to add the race spec/look to your cars in newer versions of the game too. For me GT2 played on a Dreamcast with Bleem and a VGA connection was gaming heaven at the time.

Gran Turismo 5 DLC to offer motorbikes?Polyphony Digital has created Gran Turismo 5 with motorbikes in mind - and although they won't be playable in the final game, the studio is keen on the idea of introducing a two-wheeled element down the line. The long-awaited racer, which has been delayed into later this year, contains over 800 cars - 200 of which respond to face-tracking using the PS Eye. But the game doesn't contain any motorbikes - for now. "The environment we have right now allows us to drive motorcycles, but we need to get Gran Turismo 5 done first," Polyphony boss Kazunori Yamauchi told the latest issue of PSM3. "Once that's out of the way, if there's a strong demand for bikes, that's something we'd consider." Late last year, it looked as though bikes could still make the main game - but it appears that dream is now over. Roll on the DLC, we say - we just dread to think how long it might take. http://www.computerandvideogames.com/ar ... ?id=270710

Do not want.
I didnt think bikes worked very well in PGR so I dont much care for them in GT5.
Just give me the freaking game already!
