Free to play is a valid option. If there are ads in that you can stop with an in-app purchase then that is suitable for some. Buy extra car parts might appeal to some but there should be a cap on the total spend.

I was playing a cute Panda related game recently. After about 2 minutes it was asking for cash already. I estimated it would cost over 9000 and stopped playing. One thing it made me very aware of - switch off one-click payments if you ever lend your phone to a bored kid!!

Yes but kids can change that option and the bills start. It needs to be locked down away from the device as a security measure with a cap on spend.
