Hmmm... Maybe MS realise that CoD won't last forever and that Live somewhat depends on it.

I think the XBox needs a sci-fi shooter. That's a genre that's sorely under-represented on that console.

I've often wondered about the MP figures for Halo and Gears; I can't imagine they're anywhere near CoD's or getting any better with time :? :|

I don't think Gears is in the same league but IIRC Halo's online numbers are pretty staggering.

I never play MP so would not know. I love the game and must get down to playing the later games. I have bought them but not got around to actually playing them. :oops:
