Either way, you need to remember Twitter isn't real life. You're not taking to friends, you're not in an inherently friendly environment, and you're representing a company in perception at the very least.
I've little sympathy for him unless there were credible threats, cos most of it's just gonna be childish nonsense. Who doesn't expect to get slagged off by console owners with a somewhat anonymous internet connection in this day and age? He can hardly plead ignorance when he's implying the future's online.
