CIV 4 - any players?

Does anyone play online at all?

I've had the game for years but never really played it and fancy getting into some good games.

Never played it online. I'm terrible, but wouldn't mind getting beaten by some x404ers.

Which version? I only have CIV IV and Warlords, I thought Beyond the Sword was a let down and it didn't have the voice of Leonard Nimoy.

I have it, but I must confess that I prefer Civ 2 to either of the ones that followed...

Well I'm a complete noob (I have only played the tutorial and one other game)

+1. Sadly I can no longer get Civ 2 to run on my G5 as classic support disappeared in Leopard.
I've got Civ III and Civ 4 and the research just takes far too long. And since when will tanks loose to someone with a musket?
