If you're tired of waiting for Diablo 3 I've just played a very nice demo of Torchlight which does the job very well (and for only $10 if you want the full game). Get the demo here - http://www.torchlightgame.com/It's really quite good. If you like Diablo then you'll like this. Also a whiff of WoW to it as well

Have been playing it for a few weeks now since it was half price the week before the Steam sale. (and although you missed the Steam better than half price sale of it, it's still half price at the moment for £7.50).
It's rather fun although sometimes feels a bit repetitive and lacking in something. Also am disappointed there's no coop since the only reason the devs have was that they're going to make another based on it but as an mmorpg.

Well, I got the full game. I love it! I've got an alchemist up to lvl 12 (I think) so far. And so far I haven't yet filled the possibilities of different spells and attacks etc... It also looks VERY nice. Taking on a bunch of 10 - 15 enemies with lightning bolts and ice shards flying everywhere looks very nice Bed now.

Ouch Ojfoggin... it's back down to £3.50 now with the last day of the Steam sales re-offering the best deals of the previous weeks. I personally chose the... ummm Hunter? (the girl at least) for my first character... she's currently level... ummm... i have no clue but something under 50? Maybe 20 or 30 something. I was surprised to hear that you can actually level up to 100 . Am only playing on Normal though which is rather easy for someone whose had some experience with other RPGs. Even the developers recommend starting on at least Hard... i just wanted to get a feel for the game though.

Yeah, it's half price for the sale period, but then as the offer of the day, they made it half price again... I know how you feel though, like i said, i bought it for £7.50 when it was just half price the week before the sales started... few days in and it was half-half price again . It's still worth it though, just even more so for £3.50

Oh well, it's a cracking game even for £7.50 I've started with a new char for now Didn't want to spend too long on the next dungeon with my current one so I started a Destroyer It's very cool running into the middle of a big pack and taking them all out in one hit Love it

I've had it for quite a while now... It's brilliant and all but a little too single-playery for me ^_^

Been playing a Berserker and got him to lvl 15 (I think) now. I really like it One question, is it possible to respec your character? I'd really like to change some of my options for the skills I've gone for as most of them are now useless

Just started playing this. It is very good.
Up to Level 16 and just got the 3 stones to open that portal. I am playing as the Vanquisher. The Lightening Bomb skill is a real killer.

Yeah, took me a while to realise the benefits of playing up one skill tree rather than spreading the load.
