Got this recently having played the demo*, it just keeps getting better and better. Reminded me of Soul Reaver a bit, only a lot fancier * Download it, I think you'll love it, and I mean this in a good way, it felt like one of the longest demos I've ever played

I've been wondering about this for a while now myself. Maybe I'll pick it up when I've got rid of some other games I've got sat waiting to play/complete.

Supposedly it's coming out for the PC. Depending on any extra features i may get it on the 360 instead (just because it's dropped in price so much). It was something i was always interested in/looking into, however it came out just before (or after) Bayonetta which IMO is still a superior game (because Bayonetta > Everything ).

Looking around, it seems there's a demo for the 360 apparently if you wanna try it out After the Uncharteds, it's one of those few games that make you look at the graphics and scale of what's in front of you like ' '

 | | | | Quote: THQ's confirmed that a sequel to last year's well received, Darksiders is in development - and it'll release in 2012.
Speaking at THQ's E3 analyst meeting last night, core games VP, Danny Bilson said: "Darksiders 2 is coming. We've green lit that. It's well into production now, it's two years out from now."
No more details were offered, though speaking to CVG earlier this year Bilson suggested that Darksiders 2 will be bigger than the first.
"[Darksiders] did about twice as much as Red Faction," he said. "It's done pretty well. I believe that franchise building isn't about a zillion units out of the gate, it's about building a fan base, building a community of people that dig it, listening to them, doing what you think is good...
"The second one will be twice as big as the first one and the third one you get to big numbers. That's my strategy." | | | | |

I like darksiders, it's a nice mix between god of war and zelda in terms of gameplay... I'm not that far into it and it's below a few other games (got 3 or 4 on the go atm inc rental games) but I'm enjoying it

I absolutely loved it - one of the most epic (in the true sense of the word) games I've played on PS3 yet. I just wish my mates weren't so close-minded about hack and slash games; they'd rather play endless FPSs like a lot of people these days

Last FPS I bought was Call of Juarez, bound in blood..... but it's not really an FPS compared to MW2 and the clones or Grand Theft Horse type games

I have CoJ (though I haven't touched it yet) but I'm currently playing AvP, another FPS that suffers from the usual, 'Well, that's the multiplayer done... Oh sh1t, we need a 1P mode!' Don't get me wrong, the 1p has been brilliant so far, but the progress counter suggests more work should have gone into it, or it should never have been sold for more than £20. I'll eventually play the multiplayer, but I know it won't be for long, it never is...
