Just a thought but if you want to put this out on t'internet I'd consider removing or changing the bit where you talk about writing the letter on your employers time. If it gets back to the they may have a total sense of humour failure.

Just written to the Casino here - slightly more angry, but I've tried to stay comical nonetheless.
Dear Support, This is all getting a bit silly isn't it. You did indeed request the documents some time ago, and I sent them. Then, Mr Support, you transferred these documents to Mr Security. He however, informed me that these documents were not clear enough, so I sent you some more. You transferred these to Mr Security. I know these were clear enough, because I've used them for ID elsewhere. Now either Mr Security lost them, or he wanted to keep all my money, but either way he hasn't gotten back to me, and neither have you. Until now. I'm happy to keep sending documents, to both yourself and Mr Security, however I'm just wondering if you'll ever read them. I understand you've got a lot on, between the two of you, but please, check your emails. I sent the documents through last week twice. Now. Maybe you don't want to talk to Mr Security because, from the sounds of his name, he's probably quite scary. That's fine, I understand, I get a little scared when I think about him too, but could you maybe just bring up my account over dinner tonight? Maybe buy a pizza to soften him a bit, then just casually slide it into the conversation, "Do you think Dave might get his $300 soon?" I'll be honest, I'm not starving, or dying, or poor. I only actually made about $150 out of the $300 I'm trying to withdraw. But that's not really the point is it, that $300 would actually be quite nice. In conclusion, what do I have to do to get this money? Should I beg? I will, I'll beg. Please, pleasepleaseplease please Mr Support, give me my money back. Also, if Mr Security gets angry, tell him he and Mrs Security can join me for dinner, I'll pay, providing he gives me my money first. Thanks, Dave
