First of all, breasts are mammalian, and all mammals have bilateral symmetry, with parallel lines of nipples, roughly starting in the mid-axilla, and continuing to the groin. So there simply can't be a breast overlying some cat woman's xiphoid process.
If somebody wanted to breed a beast with trilateral symmetry, you could start with a worm or sponge form and mutate it, but then it would also have three spoked arms/legs. It's head end would likewise be tripartite, and exhibit trilateral symmetry in eyes or other sensory equipent.
Poor science fiction is just embarrassing. If you aren't going to use science, just go fantasy and say it's all magic tits, floor to ceiling.
