Just finished remote installing a Fujitsu ScanSnap 510 on a Windows 7 64-bit machine... Talk about long-winded! Download the 32-bit XP software, ignore errors and install, won't see scanner, then download Windows 7 patch, from password protected Fujitsu server and it suddenly recognises the scanner and all works fine...

This weekend I've got to migrate an entire companies email to their exchange server from a hosted pop3 service whilst the users are working all over the world & on oil/drilling rigs
