I just got a shipping confirmation telling me my iPhone4 case has shipped. I might actually get it before I head out to Iceland. (8+)

They might defrost in my bag while it spends a day in a locker in London. I do hope you're in no rush for them. Mark

You're very grown up mark, i had to delay delivery by three days myself as they would only deliver to the home address and I can't drive with my silly leg. All I can say is it's been worth the wait. Even including the six hours getting my contacts across.

Did you have to do that manually? Was there not a way to export as Vcard, import in to your wife's netbook and then get the contacts that way? Mark

Yeah, I had to download the latest nokia suite, but it wouldn't save in the right format, only csv eventually it turned out that if you dragged and dropped from one to the desktop and from there to outlook it worked a treat . Never thought a pc would do that, so it was thelast thing I tried!

Here's a thing...
Brian Lam, the journalist who broke the story about the 'found' iPhone 4 prototype - by paying $5000 for stolen property then trying a rather crude attempt to blackmail Apple into a story when they asked for it back - left his phone in a restaurant. What happened? The person that found it tracked him down and gave it back to him.
Isn't that nice.

Maybe they should have sold it to Apple? It is good to see that others do the right thing when they find someones phone. I know how important it is for people.

I once found an iPhone in my local park near the car park. I called the "home" number and told them and they said someone would come to collect it. As I was waiting I got bored and started looking through the phone (I know I shouldn't have but I was waiting about 45 mins for them to come collect it). Anyway, I didn't browse for long, there were loads of photos of what I could only guess was the girl who owned the phone in a field, naked and sprawled over the bonnet of a car. I stopped browsing after I got to that part for fear of a) being seen to be browsing them by anyone else in the park and b) fear of being seen browsing the photos by the owner when she got there. Needless to say, she was very happy to get the phone back.

Having an Iphone returned with naked pictures of self on. I would say she was ecstatic.

I find myself fascinated with the question - If it's her phone and she's in the photographs then who took the photographs and why did they use her phone?

She probably insisted on it so she could control where the pictures go.

Who said they used her 'phone? I have thousands of photographs on my iPhone, about a dozen of them have been taken with the iPhone camera... I also have a couple of female friends, who had glamour or nude photo sets taken of themselves and they send them as gifts to their boyfriends, so, if they were good pics, why wouldn't she have them on her phone? Foggy, that is what Dropbox is for!!!! Upload the pics, while you wait, then you can review them at leisure!
