Could you transcribe an English script from a Japanese TV series? And do you like violent girls with huge breasts?

I'm trying to sub something, but I fail. I'm about 99% worse than I would need to be. So far I have:

"I ... you ... ... ... idiot! ...That hurt! ... ... ... .... ... ... I'm home... ... ... Let's eat! ... ... ... you're a horrible demon ... ... Princess ... I ... ... ... a little ... ... Oooh ... Arrrrrghhhh ... Battle toads!"

That's out of a 25 minute show. There are more gaps than I would like, and I think half of that was wrong.

I'm trying to watch Queen's Blade. Several groups subbed the first episode. One group very badly subbed the second. Then they all gave up, because it's not very good. However; it has big breasted warrior women fighting in skimpy outfits. The plot is too hard for me to follow without help :|

So basically; the raws are available and I can do the timing and encoding but it's probably best if I don't try to do the translation. I might do one as proof of concept, but it will be a total farce :?

I think there are Chinese subs, so if you can read Chinese then that would work too - all be it less than ideal.

Lol JJ,

I thought Queen's Blade wasn't the type of thing you watched for the conversation/story lol :P

+ checking aniDB, although qutie a few dropped it there have been other groups which have picked it up like "SFW", "Russian Subs" and "P-Z Subs" who all seem to be on ep6/7. I've not heard of any of them before now but maybe you should check out their sites ?

Arg WTF.

All the subs are on Nyaa, but you can't find them using the search if you don't put the apostrophe into Queen's !!!! Seriously - search "Queens" and you only get the first 2 eps. Searching on tokyotosho you also only get the first two eps. I was reading various sites, and the general consensus was that it had been dropped.

Ah well. Crisis over; although I may do a random sub anyway just for the hell of it.

Thanks for your help!

My spoken Japanese is better than average :D

I can understand basic Japanese stuff and then the odd random phrase in more advanced stuff.

I'd love to be able to watch a film without subtitles and know what exactly is going on.

In fact I might watch Spirited Away without subs to see if I can work out any of the Japanese.
