Not any more. Since working in Scotland I've stopped supporting them as I got fed up of their anti-English bull [LIFTED].

I found that living there too, but it's not what it may seem. I did discover that if there's one group of people the Scots hate more than the English it's other Scots.

There's also alot of support for the English (especially in Football) but it's kept very hush hush and is not generally spoken allowed.

I didn't see the match live but I was in Edinburgh at the weekend, even the Scots couldn't quite believe it but a good result nonetheless.

Couldn't you have let them get a bit cocky in advance of next weekend? (8-p)

I've never understood the concept of supporting a team.

On the very rare occasions I watch sport sober, I raise an eyebrow slightly when someone does something impressive. It doesn't matter to my eyebrow from whence they came.

If I've been drinking, I might exclaim "F*ck me, did you see that!" but I almost certainly won't know who they are or which side they're on

Mickey Rourke has confirmed that he'll play openly-gay rugby player Gareth Thomas in a biopic.

Speaking on Alan Carr's chat show, Rourke verified the movie, which has been hinted at in the tabloids.

When asked if he would be playing a gay rugby player, Rourke responded: "You're not supposed to say that, okay?"

"Here's the deal. When I met the rugby player, Gareth Thomas, this is the one thing that he and I talked about. This is something that's really important."

"We're doing a movie about a man who plays rugby who is gay."

The Rourkester went on to say: "I read the story. It's one of the toughest, hardest sports in the world to play. They play with no pads… It's a really brutal sport."

"To be a man who plays rugby who is gay and to live with that secret for the amount of years that Gareth had, to perform at that highest level that he performed at, it takes a lot of courage."

When asked if he'd learn Welsh for the role, Mickey stated: "I have no choice."

Rourke's last dalliance with a troubled sportsman was The Wrestler, and it earned him a shedload of awards and nominations.

He could be flattering himself a little here though, as he's actually 22 years older than Edwards, but we trust that he can get fit for the role.
