When I left for uni I had to fend for myself with regards to the clocks changing, rather than relying on the parents to inform me. I also found that knowing was great for practical jokes and have never had a problem with them since.

If one is diving so close to the limits that +/- 1% will make a difference then the error has already been made.

My Pony Ericsson didn't auto update either. Cheers then.

Neither did mine but then mine is more than 6 years old.

my new-ish LG didnt update either, though i think it does if i set it to "auto time update", but then i cant change the time manually :?

anyway, i had a train to catch today, thankfully my GFs laptop reminded us of the change and we were at the station on time :)

My piephone updated automatically. The bedside alarm clock gets changed just before I fall asleep so if I wake up at any point during the early hours of the morning, it's accurate. The alarm clock/radio I had at uni actually had a DST button to save the hassle (which was mainly in winter, when you have to put the clock back).

Haven't bothered to change the car and wristwatch clocks as I've not used them, nor have I fired up any of the computers today.

Yes my desktops showed the right time, and the online TV guide showed a gap when the clocks went forward.
