Seriously:

You need to scroll a bit to find it, but it’s worth it for a giggle.

I give 50% that in a several days CERN will create a “new quark-gluon phase” of vacuum. This microscopic magnetized droplet of vacuum (magnetic hole) will lead to chromomagnetic collapse (x-boson condensation) of ordinary matter on it, and to explosion of Earth. Take Brian Cox as a hostage. If CERN would not stop their LHC experiment cut off the Brian's head.

An X boson is postulated in the decay of protons. It is highly unstable as it has a fractional charge and would decay within femtoseconds. In theory it could create mini black holes, but these would be ultra hot and be emitting hawking radiation at a prodigious rate before they evaporate, again being safe. Therefore I predict that Brian Cox's head will remain attached to his head. 8-)

when i saw this, i thought it would be regarding Brian's ability to send ordinary people in a philosophical stupor after watching his show, GF's mum went on for hours about how "we are all part of the universe, isnt that amazing?", then proceeded to tell us there were 29 elements (she had misheard the show, obviously). i use this as evidence that country folk should not be exposed to science

OT:      some people. i really love how he encourages readers to send the message to terrorists, as if blowing up the LHC will make it any safer
