I'm after something for the house. We tend to get a lot of random people ringing the doorbell and I'd rather pretend I'm not home than answer the door. We also get people trying to find the new neighbours (of whom we are not fond of).

What I would ideally want is a camera system where I can see (with the flick of a TV remote control switch) who is at the door, and have recording to HDD. Ideally it'd need motion sensors so it only records when there's someone there, and some kind of wifi or similar (I want to avoid cables as much as possible), with good low-light visibility.

Two cameras would be enough (to cover the front and back doors).

Biggest issue is I don't know where to look.

Any ideas? :P

Wifi might be an option but you will still need to power the camera.
