Because dom-doms pizza is far nicer than any pizza I've ever made or eaten whilst in a restaurant (talking about fancy ones as well as the cheaper places).

You evil people forced me to make pizza. I timed it. The oven was on for 20 minutes, but that breaks down thus: 10 minutes: oven pre-heating to 200C 4 minutes: blind-baking the base 10 minutes: Me faffing around putting the toppings on, so no actual cooking 6 minutes: Cooking the toppings. Now I have to eat pizza. It's ham and olive; my favourite

When you can make it? Because when I make things I make a mess, which is incredible fun! But means I tend to have to clean up most of the kitchen...And when flour is involved I somehow cover myself head-to-toe

Glad to know I'm not the only one forever to be attacked by flour. Washing up is something else I'm not particularly adept at. The dishes are sparklingly cleaned. But there's water. Everywhere. The kitchen needs to be mopped afterwards. I need to change clothes too.

Was it good? (that was originally a typo - an 'f' instead of a 'g'. Still appropriate mind you.)

After a bout of food poisoning from some not properly cooked sausages 10 years ago I ALWAYS read the instructions, and keep the packaging until it's cooked, just for reference.

If you like Pizza, buy this. It manages to make shop bought pizzas actually taste nice and homemade pizzas taste like they were made in a pizzeria. Plus it's quick as well. 8 minutes for a chilled pizza and 10 minutes for a frozen pizza.

I don't think I eat pizza often enough to justify buying that. An old flatmate used to eat pizza and only pizza as his evening meal.

I would imagine that it's a lot cheaper to run than the oven, and I eat pizza a lot.
Hmmmm.

It's one of the best purchases I've ever made and certainly the only kitchen gadget I use regularly. I really couldn't recommend it enough. It makes the base crispy on the bottom, but still soft, not biscuity like when you cook it in the oven.
