How isn't it favourable? And why do you find the service poor? Have you made a claim? That would be the proof of any insurance company - how they act/behave when you need their help.
Last year, brentacre gave a good quote and sky beat them by £50. Given that sky wanted £50 for stage 1 remap, I could pay the same price and get stage 1 as well as similar cover (from what I could tell).
Who are your underwriters?
