Well I went this morning for the first time. Didn't think there'd be that many people at 0900!

Thankfully, the equipment was still largely unused so as I build things up it'll be easier to use.
Tried the c25k iphone app. Talks you through your exercise and designed to get you to run 5km by the end of nine weeks. Started with the first day which was 8 x 1 min runs interspersed by 1.5 mins of walking, with a warm up and cool down. I didn't manage the whole thing - got as far as 6 x 1 min runs. Was already knackered by the time I'd got to the gym because I'd woken up at 0630 to wash the car!
Need to think how I'm going to plan the next two sessions as they would be after work.
