Unless it's his first ever relationship (?) he'll be expecting you to be like most brothers of past girlfriends - so I imagine you'd freak him out more by being proper and decent - not the dick you sound like you're trying to be.

AFAIK, he was in one previous serious relationship but the girl had no brothers. Which is why he's already scared of me - he has no experience of dealing with others' brothers.

The scaring bit is just to wind him up at the beginning. We'd reveal all at the end of the meeting.
