Conversation in Game Station.

"Can I help you?"

"Do you have a USB to LAN adaptor for the Wii?"

"You do know that the Wii has Wi-Fi built in?"

"Yes, but a wired connection should be faster and more reliable."

"You can't get one."

"Yes you can, because I have looked them up on the Internet."

"Well, you don't need one."

"So you don't have any then?"

"No."

It's a shame that not all assistants can be that helpful. e.g.

"I'd like to buy Cat Woman, with Halle Berry."

"Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha etc. You are [LIFTED] joking, right?"

Up to that point it was OK (IMO) as they were checking to make sure you know that the Wii had Wifi

After that.... :(

Quite agree.

When I want advice, I'll ask for it (or at least demonstrate an air of uncertainty), thank you.

I wouldn't care, but I've just put in a wired LAN and switch for my TV/Player so I still have two (or three) spare RJ45 connections.
