strange thread name? it makes sense when I explain, to put a weird story short last month I ordered an Irish rally DVD from the people I buy from every year as they make a "best of" a month later my order still doesn't arrive so I contact him asking and hes saying



Im confused why he refunded me all my money for the DVD when he said hes going to send out another? I feel bad now and I dont want to take this dvd for free dunno if its rude or not if I will say to him that theres no reason for refund and getting the dvd free when he will send out and hopefully it arrives this time

Is it appropiate to want to pay for it? so the tennis thing ive sent him cash now hes sent it back now I want to send him it AGAIN

They returned your money because they felt bad about forgetting to send you the DVD and you're a good customer.

It's nice that you want to pay anyway, but it will probably confuse them and make more work for them!

That’s just good customer service. They screwed up, and want to honour your order. They also want to keep you as a customer, so you gets free DVD out of them. Don’t feel bad about it at all.

If you feel bad about it send me the money they refund you. Problem solved.
