well ive had it with scots, it was a scotsman that spread lies about me and lost me my job, scottish who have no manners when I open doors for them and get brushed past with no acknowledgement or thank yous, All the doctors who got my blood pressure up were scots, I coudnt go into local reopened restaurant without finding a hoard of the typical clique nosey vile species. Scots that are completly inconsiderate even when driving. Scots when I tried to be sociable and say hello to them but all I got was dirty looks. The more I work with asians the more I realise what much better values they have. when working in takeaways I sick and tired of all the loud disgusting locals, all scots. All they do is swear and kick over things and theres no point talking to them, I had one talk to me once and he says dont dare admit that you are from the area you were born if you know whats good for you yet all the drunk foreign English were a really good laugh, specifically this yorkshire man who was loud as heck but very friendly and funny. The drunkard scots just try start trouble. not bothered how generalising I am but ive gave up them. they're all the same (mostly) maybe its just a coincidence that everytime I meet decent people they just happen to be English.

Definitely coincidence. These people aren't behaving the way they do because they're a particular nationality, it's because there are a**holes in all countries and you've met a load of them, going on about it all the time is going to hack people off. Too much to suggest that you move away from Scotland if you hate it so much?
Regarding your health, you've been given advice here as you requested, now it's your job to get up and do something with it. If you're genuinely concerned about your behaviour you will have to consult some form of health professional, you've waited this long, what's another couple of weeks? Ask for the Doctor you want and they will give you an appointment which you must go to if you want to get help. Sitting back on your hind end complaining about your circumstance and doing absolutely nothing to help yourself isn't going to make a change.
There's only so much patience around for those who won't help themselves.

I wish! but I was kinda referring to the region not the whole country this was awkward as it looks to them like I hate all the docs which is nearly true, and Id forgotten which ones were good and bad etc. so I had to say ill come back later

Well, you should probably stop referring to them as "Scots" then, because that just makes everyone think of "people from Scotland" which is bigoted because you don't *know* all Scots ;P So....have you done it? Pehaps it'll help if you stop worrying so much about what you think people think, and just get on with the job at hand!

ye I shouldn't call them Scots, some outsiders who live within this area label them "inbreds" here might try tomorrow to go to docs, hopefully its a differant receptionist!

Right now, it doesn’t matter which one you see. What matters is that you see a doctor. Jot down your thoughts about how you have been feeling so if you get stuck, you can either refer to them at the appointment, or you can just had them to the doctor. I am surprised at a 2 week wait though. It should be 48 hours at a maximum. *I know this sounds terse and strong, but, really, you have to bite the bullet and do it. If I were closer to where you are, I’d frog-march you to the surgery myself!

Probably been classified as a non life threatening issue. Same happened to me when my meds were wrong and I needed them changing ASAP. tell them your neck is stiff and you have difficulties with light, you'll get seen in minutes
