kinda stuck on what answer to choose "yes or no" with:

Quote:
The vehicle has an MoT/GVT test certificate valid on the date the disc starts. The vehicle is under 3 years old or is exempt from the MoT/GVT test. This will be electronically checked.

It's gone up this year for my car so it will cost me £120     my car is made in 2001 or 1999 or something so old but still no idea what answer to put

All it means is 'does your car have a valid MOT certificate on the day you're taxing it?'
Given the age of your car, the answer should be Yes.
They check it, so don't be tempted to lie if it doesn't.
