Maybe. Or Lindsey could just have been wishful thinking. I don't think she's high on any casting directors list. God knows how she bagged the Liz Taylor role.

I think he'd like a more manly looking wife. Just sayin'.

I've spoken recently with someone who works as a PA in Los Angeles and she said that it was common knowledge there. Apparently Jessica Alba was one such interviewee and Cameron Diaz was auditioned but quickly made her excuses and left. When I asked why people go in for this cult, she said that there's quite a few Scientologists in important positions in Hollywood and that's one of the reasons why people who you'd think would have more sense get involved.

I wonder if Tom has ever seen the movie 'Audition?'

So basically they are becoming Hollywoods answer to The Masons

Poem by a friend:

"Tom Cruise is Tom Cruise crazy,
Just be glad it's him, not you,
If you had Tom Cruise's troubles,
You might be Tom Cruise crazy, too,
You'd flash your big white shiny smile,
And buy expensive shoes,
But you'd be the only man on Earth who couldn't enjoy Tom Cruise, oh no,
You couldn't enjoy Tom Cruise"

That's very good. However, I can't agree with the apologetic sentiment, so I hope you're friend had some tongue in their cheek when they penned it!
