Tap water at home, but I buy bottled if I'm out and need a drink. I can't be bothered to bottle it up and take it with me.

Either. I don't really drink much still water. I mostly drink tea.

The local tap water is actually quite nice, when it doesn't have the Cryptosporidium. I don't like the soft soapy stuff down in Cornwall though.

I wouldn't buy still bottled water. There's just no point, and it's far more likely to kill you than the tap stuff.

I do rather like carbonated water though. I find it much more refreshing, and I prefer it to any other soft drink. I buy the eco' stuff for <10p a litre, which is cheaper than you could make it yourself. It's just filtered "table water" these days, although it did used to be "spring".

I'm mean :), and currently also broke. I buy one bottle for the bottle then use it for months with tap water for 'mobile' water since I don't buy pop etc either (don't much like carbonated drinks except beer). Otherwise always tap. It's also much more environmentally responsible. It helps the water here is excellent, often better than what I taste out of a plastic bottle to me.

Richard.

When I buy, I buy either Gerolsteiner Sprüdel (if I'm feeling rich) or Vilsa Medium, or more often Saskia Quelle from Lidl (around 19c a Litre at the moment).

I voted tap only as that is what I drink most of the time. Obviously if I’m out and need a drink then I will buy a bottle of water

What we (me and SWMBO) do is keep refilling bottles from the tap and then put them in the fridge as we like the water cold

Also for a couple of friends who are a bit snobby we can bring out their favourite “flavour” bottle and they feel happy.

I drink tap water up here, well it is the stuff that was tried to be passed off in bottles after a bit more filtering.

Tap water, in a lot of cases it has less "bad bits" in it than bottled water.

Chateau Glenlatterach 2009. Fill a jug with it and place in the fridge overnight. Bottle the next day and you're off. For added pose value, leave label on bottle :o

I do like sparkling water but the really cheap stuff from Asda or Tesco does - £1:30 for 8 litres but it loses its fizz easily...

Either for me, if I stop at the garage on the way to the gym I'll buy one of the big bottles of water as it's easier to carry round, but if I remember, I'll fill one up before I leave home.

At the office I'll generally drink pints of water straight from the tap.

Occassionally I will use a glass, if we have guests. ;)

I prefer bottled, but I think it's basically because it's colder. I reckon if you refrigerated tap water, it would taste much nicer.

I had a bottle of tap water in the fridge yesterday. A lot of people do this.
