Looking for a movie

Trying to find a movie from a single scene that I remember.

It's a futuristic sci-fi film.

The scene I can remember...

There is a meeting in an office with a big table in the centre of the room. Around the room are sat some "robotic" video monitors. On each monitor is the head of a person "attending" the meeting.

When the person in the meeting turns their head to look around the robot monitor actually moves to look around at the other people.

That's all I can remember :(
