Yes, especially if you gave one to every media celebrity.

If one is diving so close to the limits that +/- 1% will make a difference then the error has already been made.

Does that mean we will get Sun readers smashing Nike Fuel Bands or Fitbits because they have "pedo" in them?

I walk 45 minutes to an hour with the dog most days, weekends I go for a longer walk, so a couple of hours.

Then walking around the office and walking to the shops to get lunch.

No idea how much in total, plus the amount of walking around work varies, but I try and walk around the building every hour or so, otherwise I get too stiff, but when I am concentrating on a bit of work, a couple of hours can quickly disappear.

Maybe ½ an hour a day I guess – sometimes more if I walk between sites

In my old job I used to cycle to / from work and so did a good hours hard cycling each day

I'm about to start the Global Corporate Challenge for the 3rd year. On an average work day when in the office I do about 12.000 steps. On a very busy day or, bizarrely, if I go out drinking after work it's about 30,000 steps. At weekends I do about 4,000 steps. Not sure how much 'time' that add ups to. Walking up the escalator at Tottenham Hale is a fitness challenge in itself.

Yes but the real exercise starts when you get to the top. Running from the police carrying a 5kilo bag of value Basmati rice is great exercise. ;)

I'd say that's about right for me. But then I spend about 9 hours a week on skates skating at full pelt doing exercise stuff so I guess it cancels it out.

I started learning and got scared when they wanted me to do jumps.

Aw :(

It's only little jumps to begin with and then you don't have to do them again. Which team did you go to? If you persevere with it you really do get the hang of jumps eventually. And you're not forced to do them if you don't want.

She was doing ice skating in North London, whilst I presume you partake in the roller variety. Wires seem to have become crossed at some point.

Saw this on BBC's Click: http://walkit.com/

Plan walks to various points or just create circular routes.
