Not long walked through the door from having got the train back from London. I went to see my girlfriend for her 21st birthday, had a brilliant three days, but now I'm home I feel like [LIFTED]. I'm sat here feeling sick and crying like a little girl.

It'll be months before I see her again. :'( I hope a good nights sleep might make me feel better, but I have a feeling I'll be tossing and turning all night! Thought I would share...

Chin up man! I think I speak for most people here when I say that we've all been there.

Here, have a beer :D

I feel for you LU, I've had that all this year, two and a half months was the longest we spent apart, felt terrible, and I acted just as you described every time I got home.

It's always worse when you get home too, you'll feel a bit better tomorrow. Have you got something to occupy your time? A job or something?

As for mbm's offer, a drink isn't a bad idea...Just make sure it's one that you know won't make you sadder...I went to town on a bottle of rum on one occasion and it seemed to make things worse :( I generally stick to tea now

I had a girlfriend in a different country, that was difficult!

Keep in there, if the relationship is really strong, it will survive.

That said, last weekend was my first weekend away from my girlfriend since we met!
