Still workin'. Damn Thursday morning deadline

I woke up at midnight so decided to do things, it is amazing what crap accumulates in kitchen cupboards. What is worse is that I get far more done at night than during the day.

Heard a weird noise and hit the light switch in time to see a mouse leap over my shoes placed at the side. I've managed to get some traps laid down but theyre plastic and not as sensitive as the wooden ones. Feck knows why the mice are indoors in the weather like this.

And like that the fecker is caught in the trap.

And the reason you dont use a plastic trap is that it doesn't always kill. Bloody thing in squirming away. Hopefully it'll die. Will find out tomorrow. Sleeping a different room tonight

Wouldn't it be kinder to get a hammer and put Mickey, (if all spiders are called Boris then all mice should be called Mickey) out of his misery?

The bloody thing kept jumping about which made it difficult. I resorted to sticking an upturned bin over it and went to sleep in the spare room (in itself difficult and meant I only 2 lots of 2 hours sleep). It appeared to be dead this morning.
