Last time i got O/T was 1999. Since then it has (in theory) been required as part of my job and is reflected in my pay (yeah right)

However I do get informal toil if I do a lot

Before I went self-employed, overtime made up a substantial part of my pay packet. Generally it added another 25% to my income, but there were several months when my overtime for the month was greater than my basic wage…

These days I value my time too greatly to seriously contemplate any job where I was expected to do regular paid overtime, and certainly wouldn't take anything that required unpaid extra hours. I'd rather be poor and have some time left to have a life.
