Recently bought "Blue Planet" on DVD and "Planet Earth" on Blu-ray. Both are fantastic, and Planet Earth looks amazing in high-definition on a large screen! :D

If anyone wants these, they are both going for very good prices on both Play.com and Amazon.co.uk.

You'll probably like the recent "South Pacific" series that ran on the BBC - really beautifully shot, as were Blue Planet and Planet Earth.

Bought Planet Earth on blu-ray a while ago. I've also got Top Gear's Polar challenge on blu-ray which is also excellent.

I love Planet Earth, and I think it would be brilliant in HD.

Unfortunately, I don't have a Blu-Ray drive. My PC doesn't even have a DVD drive!! CD-ROM ftw (yes, ROM no RW!!). :D

I can feel the urge for a PS3 building!

Good grief man. When you boot your PC up, does the BIOS come up in latin?

You've a serious contender for "Understatement of the Year" there...

They are both true works of art.
