There's only one and I've memorized it so if I ever get into a fight with someone and beat them, I will be able to say (paraphrased):

It is more of a running gag through the movie.
Quiggley is an American sharpshooter, hier to kill vermin in Australia, only he finds out, once he gets there, that the vermin are Aborigines. The land owner is fascinated by the wild west and the Colt revolver.
Quiggley keeps saying he never had much use for one.
He has a falling out with the land owner and is hunted down and nearly killed. Recovers and comes back for revenge.
Alan Rickman, the landowner gives an injured Quiggley a Colt and lines him up against himself and 2 of his henchmen.
Quiggley drops all three, before they can draw.
He walks over to a dying Alan Rickman.
To which Quiggley replies, "I said I never found much use for one., I never said I couldn't use one."

The way he fullstops the letters FBI as he's saying it makes me smile every time.

Alan Rickman is always a brilliant counterfoil and usually makes otherwise mediocre films very watchable (Robin Hood, Prince of Theives, for example). He is on best form in Quiggley as well. It was also one of the first Dolby Surround videos I got. It was brilliant back then, the sound of the rifle shots ricocheting around the sound stage. The delay between shooting and things being hit, I think it was also one of the first films I saw, where a long shot didn't take somebody out as soon as the trigger was pulled.
