I've no idea what's causing the problem, but the inacopia 90gsm colour laser paper that our Xerox DocuColor 242 has no problems with will not go through the Xerox Phaser 7300, it has to be Xerox business or colotech. It won't take viking color copy 100gsm either, though I haven't tried that in the DocuColor.

I doubt it's anything to do with Xerox, just the vagaries of our particular printer. The belt method laser printers use to feed paper is just not a good system. Woe betide you if you try to print pre-printed paper with any set-off powder on it.

I love my laser printer. I've had it ten years now and I'm still only on the second ever toner cartridge.
