head to toes was always a good 'crack' , you started of drawing a head, folded the paper to cover your drawing just leaving the neckline, then passed the paper to the next person who drew the body and on it went until you got down to the feet.

Result –you normally ended up with some strange looking dude with a big knob and bell end to match...... and small feet....
